La persona que “me atendió” solo saludo y siguió hablando por su cel. En resumen nadie te atiende, éramos 3 clientes dentro de la tienda preguntándonos entre nosotros porque todos estaban platicando. Me dirigí al establecimiento a hacer el cambio (no habían pasado ni 24 horas) y me dijeron que no hacían cambios. Les dije que por ley tenían que informar de manera verbal que no aceptaban devoluciones desde el inicio de la transacción y ahí empezaron a llamar a los superiores para mirar opciones. Se escudaban en una pequeña nota que ponen en el Ticket de facturación lo cual No es válido porque se debe informar desde el principio. Tras decirme que la cambiarían revisaron el producto y me dijeron que estaba usado y que no harían el cambio. Como dije Nunca utilicé el producto ni siquiera abrí completamente, lo que me lleva a pensar que o me vendieron un producto en mal estado o que pusieron cualquier tipo de excusa para no hacer el cambio que les correspondía. Mal servicio y grosería por parte del gerente que hablaba de manera burlona ante mi reclamo. Very bad service. O	Omar Rodriguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi pedido llego incompleto, roto, y nunca me dieron una solución de los faltantes insinuando que yo estaba mintiendo al respecto cuando mi compra fue de más de 30 mil pesos y los artículos faltantes eran solo por $700 pesos es ilógico su concepto de servicio al cliente, Sin mencionar la falta te atención ya que cómo les comento nunca más se comunicaron conmigo para dar una solución.
