Desde la consulta de diagnóstico, pasando por la cirugía y finalizando con las consultas de seguimiento, todos en la clínica fueron muy amables con su atención, desde los doctores, hasta los enfermeros y asistentes que realizaban las pruebas de diagnóstico o te acompañaban para la cirugía. Estoy muy contenta con los resultados, pase de vivir 24/7 con lentes a realizar mis actividades diarias sin ninguna necesidad de lentes. También agradezco que hayan sido muy honestos sobre qué resultados esperar de la cirugía; no me prometieron el "elixir para tener vista de águila", y eso me ayudo a tener claras mis expectativas de la cirugía, las cuales si se cumplieron. El precio me pareció muy competitivo, incluso económico, considerando que me incluyó consultas de seguimiento y medicamentos post-operatorios. Muy contenta con la clínica, y agradezco en particular al Dr. Alejandro Claros que me realizó la cirugía. Definitivamente recomendado! At Videre I had laser PKR surgery to correct my myopia. From the diagnostic consultation, through the surgery and ending with the follow-up consultations, everyone in the clinic was very kind with their attention, from the doctors, to the nurses and assistants who performed the diagnostic tests or accompanied you for surgery. . I am very happy with the results, I went from living 24/7 with glasses to doing my daily activities without any need for glasses. I also appreciate that you have been very honest about what results to expect from the surgery; They did not promise me the "elixir to have eagle sight", and that helped me to be clear about my expectations of the surgery, which were fulfilled. The price seemed very competitive, even cheap, considering that it included follow-up consultations and post-operative medications. Very happy with the clinic, and I am particularly grateful to Dr. Alejandro Claros who performed the surgery on me. Definitely recommended!

Sin clientes por atender en el momento!!!! Acaso no podían atenderme? Me perdieron cómo clienta ya que pensaba actualizar mis lentes y aparte comprar otros. Muy mal! Terrible service. I got to do an eye exam and the employees were chatting around doing nothing and they tell me it's by appointment. No clients to attend to at the moment !!!! Couldn't they help me? They lost me as a customer since I was thinking of updating my lenses and also buying others. Very badly!
