★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal de front desk es buena al recibirte… PERO:
1. Sus tiempos de entrega no tienen ninguna garantía.
2. Se demoraron el TRIPLE del tiempo acordado en entregar una hechura muy sencilla
3. Entregan MAL a la primera y hay que enviarles los cristales d vuelta a que arreglen el trabajo, lo cual demora aún más el entregable.
4. Cuando entregan mal, y regresas los cristales declaran NO poder ENVIAR DE NUEVO… al final lo hacen, pero entregan el mismo producto MAL HECHO (dimensiones erroneas)
5. Front Desk te informa que su trabajo no tiene garantía hasta que te entregan algo MAL HECHO y NO respetan acuerdos de servicio por las molestias que te causan
En general, PÉSIMO SERVICIO
The attention of the front desk staff is good to receive you ... BUT:
1. Their delivery times are not guaranteed.
2. They took TRIPLE of the agreed time to deliver a very simple workmanship
3. They deliver BAD the first time and you have to send the crystals back to fix the job, which delays the deliverable even more.
4. When they deliver wrong, and you return, the crystals declare NOT to be able to SEND AGAIN ... in the end they do, but they deliver the same product WRONG (wrong dimensions)
5. Front Desk informs you that their work has no guarantee until they give you something WRONG DONE and they DO NOT respect service agreements for the inconvenience they cause you
Overall, AWFUL SERVICE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comparando con otras que fui esta un poco elevado el precio pero lo vale ya que en la otra vidriera me quedaron mal y aqui el mismo día (y en Sabado)me tuvieron mis celosias, rápidos y profesionales!
Comparing with others that I went to, the price is a bit high but it is worth it since in the other window they looked bad on me and here the same day (and on Saturday) they had my blinds, fast and professional!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui a que me cortarán un cristal y a comprar 2 más, me hicieron el pedido, lo pague y me indicaron que enseguida los tendrían. Les comenté que iría a hacer un pago y regresaría en 20 minutos, volví hora y media después y no habían pasado la orden, espere media hora a que los cortarán y la chica que me atendió sólo comento que su error había sido decirme que tendría para el mismo día. Su atención deja mucho que desear parece que te hacen el favor de venderte.
