si pagas con TC te cobran el costo financiero, de seguro si pides factura te cobrarán el 16% adicional, típico de negocios que tienen asesores chafas.
Confianza en compromiso *
Si dejas pagado al 100% en vez de atender luego luego, se tardan casí un mes en procesarlo.
Tiempo de entrega * Malísimo, se tardan casi un mes por un cancel de baño de 2m x 2m
Instalación*
Malisimo, llegan con el material, al estar en sitio se dan cuenta que se equivocaron con las medidas que ellos mismos tomaron, te dejan tirado el 100% de instalación, las puertas chocan, no te ponen los conectores o jaladeras pomos adecuados, ni los plásticos para que las puertas no se dañen.
Tiempo*
Dos días en instalar, 3 horas invertidas distribuidas en dos días.
Respuesta a las fallas reportadas*
Se les reportó con llamada y se envió video, y han pasado días que no hacen algo.

Terrible, they arrive with the material, when they are on site they realize that they were wrong with the measures they took themselves, they leave you 100% installation, the doors collide, they do not put the proper connectors or handles, or the plastics so that the doors are not damaged.

Two days to install, 3 hours invested spread over two days.
