Lo que no me gusta es que luego veo a gente en el interior sin cubrebocas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con lo que que acordaron en comprar, la chica te muestra un catalogo, seleccionas un producto esperando que sea el mismo, primero te dice una fecha y no llega, luego te dicen otra y tampoco, cuando finalmente te llega el producto te traen otro, y para hacer un reclamo todo un show. Así que cuidado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, agendan citas para no llegar!!! 2 hras esperándolos y en 3 llamadas la srita. no fue capaz de decirme una hora en la que llegan o simplemente un NO van a llegar. Nos hacen esperar colo si fuera lo único que hacemos en el día. LA FORMALIDAD EN LA INDUSTRIA DE LA CONSTRUCCIÓN EN MÉXICO NO EXISTE!!! Ninguno de los empleados sabe ni siquiera qué es respeto (por el tiempo de otros), servicio al cliente, NO SABEN DECIR QUE NO! Es mejor eso que hacernos perder nuestro tiempo!!! Abran un diccionario y practiquen sus valores DUEÑO Y EMPLEADOS!!!
Terrible service, they schedule appointments not to arrive !!! 2 hours waiting for them and in 3 calls the lady. He was not able to tell me a time when they arrive or just a NOT will arrive. They make us wait for colo if it were the only thing we do on the day. FORMALITY IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY IN MEXICO DOES NOT EXIST !!! None of the employees even know what respect is (for the time of others), customer service, THEY DON'T KNOW THAT NO! That is better than wasting our time! Open a dictionary and practice your values OWNER AND EMPLOYEES !!!

Tal parece que como clientes debemos buscarlos una y otra vez para solicitar sus servicios, yo los necesitaba pero no me gusta suplicar para ser atendida. Además, de que hacen caso omiso de las medidas de seguridad sanitaria, implementadas debido a la pandemia.
