★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen muy buenos precios..... pero lo malo es que como la mayoría de lugares,son muy pero muy impuntuales....poreso no les doy las 5 estrellas.....habrían de avisar por lo menos....que van a llegar tarde y no estar mintiendo que ya van en camino.
y ahí está uno esperando más de 2 horas.......
 They have very good prices ..... but the bad thing is that like most places, they are very but very unpunctual .... poreso I do not give them the 5 stars ..... they would have to notify at least ... .who are going to be late and not lying that they are already on their way.
and there is one waiting more than 2 hours .......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se me hace que los de esta vidriería ya no quieren trabajar , o ya ganaron mucho dinero porque no les gusta a tender, se ve que están haciendo el trabajo ala fuerza. Estoy decepcionado.
It seems to me that the people in this glass company no longer want to work, or they have already earned a lot of money because they don't like to tend, it is clear that they are doing the work by force. I'm disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, llevan 15 días preparando mi producto para entrega "según ", tuve que ir hasta el domicilio donde se encuentra ubicado el establecimiento para ser atendido, debido a que no contestan el teléfono. A los lectores : si buscan responsabilidad y un negocio u servicio de calidad "NO CONTRATEN SU SERVICIO"
Terrible service, they have been preparing my product for delivery "according to" for 15 days, I had to go to the address where the establishment is located to be attended, because they do not answer the phone. To the readers: if you are looking for responsibility and a quality business or service "DO NOT CONTRACT YOUR SERVICE"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service and customer attention. Four months ago, I gave El Cuba a couple certificates to be framed. Despite countless promises to deliver the frames the following week, they broke every promise, and to-date they have not delivered any of the frames. Also, I tried calling numerous times but they never answer their phone.

Lost order, promised delivery multiple times NOT done, receipt with NO information about my order, or the name, address or phone number or any contact info on the receipt. After many visits to Abraham, (speaks English) more promises, NO action. For those in town who shared that this place "is the best place in SMA for glass", think again & do NOT recommend. My rating of One Star is too generous.
