★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaron mal el cancel del baño de mi hijo de dos años (lo apretaron de mas) y trono el vidrio. Le cayo encima al niño y a mi esposo, cortandolos multiples veces en las piernas y brazos.
Nos dieron largas dos semanas con la excusa que iban a ir a revisar y cambiarlo, se negaron a ir finalmente, y bloquearon a mi esposo de poder ponerles un mal review en su pagina de Facebook.
No los recomiendo, cero profesionales e irresponsables.
They installed the door of my two-year-old son's bathroom wrong (they tightened it too much) and the glass throne. It fell on the boy and my husband, cutting them multiple times on the legs and arms.
They gave us two long weeks with the excuse that they were going to check and change it, they refused to finally go, and they blocked my husband from being able to put a bad review on their Facebook page.
I do not recommend them, zero professional and irresponsible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima compañía. Sus canceles son de malísima calidad. Se me rompió un cancel en la mano, cayendo encima de mi hijo bebé (ambos acabamos cortados y asustados), en menos de un año. La que me contestó se rió cuando le dije, como si fuera chiste. La "dueña" me trató de echar la culpa a mi. Pedí como 3 veces que fueran a cambiarlo (aún ofreciendo pagar) y simplemente no se aparecen.... no confíen en ellos.
Terrible company. Their gates are of very poor quality. A gate broke in my hand, falling on top of my baby son (we were both cut and scared), in less than a year. The one who answered me laughed when I told her, as if it were a joke. The "owner" tried to blame me. I asked like 3 times that they go to change it (still offering to pay) and they just won't show up .... don't trust them.

Te hacen perder el tiempo.
Pedí una cotización por teléfono, pero me dijo que le mandará mensaje por whatsapp para mandarme fotos y precios, y así lo hice, pero me da información por partes, llevo 3 días así, aparte me deja en visto.
Por favor si no van a atender por teléfono o mensaje mejor digan.
