★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesima calidad en el servicio no atienden en forma, dicen que vinieron y no es verdad, por telefono no te resuelven nada, tuve que ir hasta la sucursal para que me dieran la cotización.
Si eres de las personas con seriedad y que requieres una atención de acuerdo a como la mereces te recomiendo que busques en otra vidrieria para no pasar por malas experiencias.
Solo pongo una estrella por que no deja publicar si no ahi una.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les hace falta trabajar el servicio al cliente, pero hay disponibilidad, te responden bien las preguntas, hay mercancía de lo que trabajan, lo único que si les urge es colocar un ENORME LETRERO O ANUNCIÓ afuera del local porque con todo y la ayuda de google maps tuve problemas para dar con el negocio.
Además no ayuda que el color del local sea oscuro, de hecho antes de usar google maps pasé varias veces y no lo ví.
Por cierto si responden el celular y te atienden bien. Pero si no saben como llegar usen gmaps ya que les ayudará mucho.
They need to work on customer service, but there is availability, they answer your questions well, there is merchandise that they work with, the only thing that is urgent for them is to place a HUGE SIGN OR ANNOUNCEMENT outside the premises because with everything and the help of google maps I had trouble finding the business.
Also it doesn't help that the color of the place is dark, in fact before using google maps I passed by several times and didn't see it.
By the way if they answer the cell phone and they take care of you well. But if you don't know how to get there, use gmaps as it will help you a lot.
