★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo trabajo y atención para con el cliente. Al Sr. Osvaldo Sosa le solicité cambio de todas las ventanas de mi casa de madera en aluminio color café nogal. Adjunto fotos de la ventana de la sala. Me la dejó de 3 colores y con los perfiles salidos. Se la llevó para arreglarla y la regresó igual pero rayada de algunos perfiles. Quedó de arreglarla y no se comunicó , ni me contestó el teléfono durante 2 meses y medio, porque según él, no había conseguido el aluminio en el tono nogal parejo. Y el precio no es barato. La cotice volverla a hacer con otro aluminero y cuesta $3,000.00 pesos más barata que el precio que el Sr. Sosa me dió.
 Terrible work and customer service. I asked Mr. Osvaldo Sosa to change all the windows in my wooden house in walnut brown aluminum. I attach photos of the living room window. He left it for me in 3 colors and with the outlines. He took it to fix it and returned it the same but scratched from some profiles. He was left to fix it and he did not communicate, nor did he answer the phone for 2 and a half months, because according to him, he had not obtained the aluminum in the even walnut tone. And the price is not cheap. The price to do it again with another aluminum maker and it costs $ 3,000.00 pesos cheaper than the price that Mr. Sosa gave me.
