★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedí un servicio para q me colocarán 2 cristales, vinieron me tomaron medidas y me dijeron q en 40 minutos me hacían el trabajo lo cual nunca paso q por q no les llegaba la ruta q ya era muy tarde q se equivocaron de cristal etc... así me trajeron vuelta y vuelta por 4 días hasta q de plano me dijeron mejor venga por su dinero TERRIBLE servicio no lo recomiendo para nada
I asked for a service so that they would place 2 crystals on me, they came and took measurements and told me that in 40 minutes they would do the work for me, which never happened because the route did not arrive because it was too late because they made the wrong crystal, etc. So they brought me back and forth for 4 days until they flat out told me better come for your money TERRIBLE service I do not recommend it at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca vinieron a cortar un vidrio, fui personalmente a solicitar el servicio 3 ocasiones y llame 5 veces, me prometian venir y nunca lo hicieron, PÉSIMO SERVICIO.

Terrible service NEVER CAME, I called them 3 times and the same tomorrow we go and they never came, never look for them cheap is expensive! If there were ZERO I would put them on.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy satisfecha, muy buen servicio, me dieron seguimiento hasta el final, los vidrios de muy buena calidad , los míos eran muy grandes y a muy buen precio en comparación con otros, los recomiendo ampliamente, no es la primera vez que compro y siempre muy buena atención, servicio y calidad.

Cobran anticipos -en este caso casi se les liquidó a totalidad-, primero plantan citas diciendo que van a ir, luego dicen que no saben hacer éso que era primero fácil (pero ya cobraron), después aunque les cambies el trabajo para tratar de conciliar, de todos modos te plantan; pides devolución y la Sra Berta -la dueña- dice que sí y te promete ¡cada semana! que ahora sí pagará: llevamos más de 3 años exigiendo pago. Y se molesta y te calumnia y agrede, como cliente cuando la grabas en vídeo y le dices que irás al consumidor a denunciar...y de todos modos ¡No paga! Debería haber cero estrellas. Pésimo lugar y gente, evítense hacer tratos comerciales ahí.
Pickpockets, liars and without any professionalism or respect. They charge advances -in this case they were almost paid in full-, first they plant appointments saying that they are going to go, then they say that they do not know how to do that which was first easy (but they already charged), later even if you change their work to try to reconcile They plant you anyway; You ask for a refund and Mrs. Berta -the owner- says yes and promises you every week! that now it will pay: we have been demanding payment for more than 3 years. And she gets upset and slanders and assaults you, as a customer when you record her on video and tell her that you will go to the consumer to report ... and she doesn't pay anyway! There should be zero stars. Terrible place and people, avoid doing business deals there.
