De 85 años solicito un espejo de ciertas características, la señora que lo atendió le dijo que sin problema se lo trabajaban y se lo entregarían al dia siguiente. Cuando fuimos por el espejo resulta que no estaba listo que se confundió y que no se lo tendrían hasta la 4 dias después. Le dijeron que se lo llevarian a casa. Esperamos lo sugerido por ellos mismos pasaron y 2 dias mas y después le hablaron a mi papa para decirle que no habían encontrado el domicilio y que no se lo llevarian por que solo el conocía su rancho. De un modo muy grosero el dueño. Un lugat donde tratan muy mal a una persona de 85 años tuvimos aue regresar al local por el dinero. Pésimo servicio no recomiendo para nada no tienen el mínimo compromiso con sus clientes y son muy groseros.
A week ago my dad a mr. At 85 years old, he requested a mirror with certain characteristics, the lady who attended him told him that they would work on it without any problem and would deliver it to him the next day. When we went through the mirror, it turned out that it was not ready, that he was confused and that they would not have it until 4 days later. They told him they would take him home. We waited for what they suggested, and 2 more days passed and then they called my father to tell him that they had not found the address and that they would not take him away because only he knew his ranch. In a very rude way the owner. A place where they treat an 85-year-old person very badly, we had to return to the place for the money. Terrible service I do not recommend at all they do not have the minimum commitment with their clients and they are very rude.
