Se quisieron quedar con el 20% del total solo por hacer un cambio por otra mercancía dentro de la misma tienda!!! Nunca avisan al hacer la compra que si haces un cambio te cobran el 20%. O te dan la opción de un vale de la tienda, en las mismas condiciones pero que solamente dura 1 mes o pierdes todo tu dinero. RATEROS, APROVECHADOS, SINVERGUENZAS!!! No compren nada en esa tienda!!! They are thugs. I bought a shower and the next day I went to change it for another one because the plumber could not install it for me. I didn't even open the box. They wanted to keep 20% of the total just for making a change for other merchandise within the same store !!! They never let you know when you make the purchase that if you make a change they charge you 20%. Or they give you the option of a store voucher, under the same conditions but that only lasts 1 month or you lose all your money. RATINGS, TAKEN ADVANTAGE, SHARKS !!! Do not buy anything in that store !!!
