★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Supongo que las recepcionistas y las chicas que atienden el teléfono son las mismas porque ambas partes son groseras al momento de hablarte. Les doy un 0 en servicio al cliente, desde que se marcó para solicitar información o cuando le queríamos dar seguimiento a nuestro pedido, hasta cuando fuimos a recoger el marco, siempre contestaron como si estuvieran enojadas o irritadas con el cliente. Fue la pura urgencia que nosotros teníamos la que nos hizo ir con ellos y aguantar su trato, pero la verdad no los recomiendo.
I guess the receptionists and the girls who answer the phone are the same because both parties are rude when talking to you. I give them a 0 in customer service, from when they dialed to request information or when we wanted to follow up on our order, until when we went to pick up the frame, they always answered as if they were angry or irritated with the customer. It was the sheer urgency that we had that made us go with them and put up with their treatment, but the truth is I don't recommend them.
