★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No le doy menos porque no hay. Una falta de respeto total hacia el cliente; dicen que van a tomar las medidas y nunca llegan. Me dijeron que en 4 días tendría mi puerta hecha y nunca llegaron, luego que el lunes iban y nunca fueron.
El modelo de puerta que hicieron no era el que les había pedido, según ellos para la medida pedida no se podía hacer pero nunca me llamaron para decirme nada e hicieron la puerta que les dio la gana. Tuve que ir hasta su local a reclamar; porque para cobrar si son buenos, pero para hacer su trabajo son pésimos. Al final me hicieron la puerta en Aluminios de Quintana Roo; totalmente diferente experiencia, me hicieron el modelo de puerta que quería y en 48h estaba instalada; puntuales y muy profesionales.
