Me dijeron que tomarían medidas y nunca vinieron, que salieron fuera. Digo si tienes negocio y te comprometes hay que cumplir! Fui a otro lugar cercas y en 5 mins tenía los vidrios, súper económicos y feliz.
Terrible service and Communication - they made me go for the glass and that there were no people.
They told me they would take action and never came, that they went outside. I say if you have business and you commit you have to comply! I went to another place nearby and in 5 mins I had the glasses, super cheap and happy.

Hoy iré a hacer queja al PROFECO por estafa, este negocio obviamente es manejado por ineptos e irresponsables que no tienen idea de que es servicio al cliente... Di una estrella para entrar y hacer este comentario, pero les doy cero estrellas....
Terrible service. They left to deliver on Monday, today is Friday and after several calls and promises of delivery I do not have the mirror. Today I am going to complain to PROFECO for scam, this business is obviously run by inept and irresponsible people who have no idea that it is customer service ... I gave a star to enter and make this comment, but I give them zero stars ... .
