Terrible service, !!! I tried to change a glass and they totally denied me the service ... telling me everything that they couldn't do for me, but never wanting to help !!! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hicieron el trabajo, pero dejan mucho que desear en cuanto a servicio se refiere. Me dicen que "los de los marcos y los de los vidrios no son los mismos" y al final termina atendiéndome la misma persona, ¡sigo sin entender!
Se tardaron semanas, dan muchas excusas para aplazar, no dan los mensajes ni regresan las llamadas. Siento que les falta comunicación, falta alguien se haga responsable o tome el mando.
They did the job, but they leave a lot to be desired in terms of service. They tell me that "those of the frames and those of the glasses are not the same" and in the end the same person ends up attending me, I still don't understand!
It took weeks, they give many excuses to postpone, they don't give messages or call back. I feel that they lack communication, someone is not responsible or take charge.
