★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice people, but worst pasta I've ever eaten. I take full responsibility, but I wanted to see what pasta in Mexico is like. They called it Alfredo but it tasted like chicken bouillon watered down cream sauce. Again, I blame myself. The ceviche was not as good as other establishments. It was fun to see all the cats in the restaurant. I wanted so badly to like this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall food was good. Mostly good for me. Issue was with logistics. We had a big party of 10, and they start bringing food one by one. Between first person getting the food and last took like an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want well prepared, authentic Mexican food do not eat here even though it may be the only restaurant open in the town. Go to the cantinas in the centre of town and save your money! There is no way possible this restaurant rates anywhere above a 2! Ridiculous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Literally, a life-changing experience. I had aguaschiles tropical de pescado, and my husband had tacos tempura. Mine was the best meal I’ve had in my life! So varied. So delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Food was good, but Viejo needs to put some effort into customer service. Staff seemed unconcerned and lackadaisical with their clients. Had lunch there, I counted 7 wait staff, yet the interest to take orders or follow-up if anything else was needed, lacked interest. At the time of my visit, there were only 3 tables occupied (including myself), with 2 people at each table, so it wasn't busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was nice they had live music playing which is always a treat as you eat. This restaurant is across from the beach walking not beach view. But it is literally to 30 second walk and you are at the beach and a great pier

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cute little spot to grab food if you're checking out Chicxulub Pier! Fun atmosphere, attentive staff and delicious food. We enjoyed a Jarra de Lemonada, Queso Fundito Natural, the Mer y Tierra and Tempura (fish) Tacos :)
