★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would really recommend this hotel. The hotel has a nice vibe and the owners are very friendly. The hotel is new and the rooms are comfortable and equipped with everything you need. The location is good as it is in the centre of the city. Many nice restaurants and stores around the corner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I couldn't have had a more pleasant stay at this hidden gem located in Tulum. The rooms are neat and comfortable and the staff is very friendly ( they even recommend me where to go and what to eat). Close to the beach, easy to move around with or without a car. Not to mention how peaceful it is full with great vibes and energy. I would definitely go back! Gracias Waya!

The room was dusty and smelly.
The shower room looked like it was build in progress. There was no ventilation, it smelled mouldy, it was populated by many kinds of insects including cockroaches, there was sand on the floor and even a bin full of litter.
It had clearly not been cleaned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peaceful and quiet. It’s a clean place out of the noise of the main street but close to everything. Friendly staff, nice showers. Could use some hooks for hanging things but it’s new so that stuff will come. Had a great stay, hope you do!
