Hello, we will arrive today at 9hoo pm And we will have to leave at 4h00 am (in the night) because we have the plane at 7hoo in the morning. Is it possible to leave at 4hoo in the morning ?? (Is there someone to open us the entrance ? Is it possible to help us to book a taxi for 4hoo am ? Many thanks

This hotel does not exist, it is a fraud! Edit to answer Oliver: I’ve booked this hotel, went around in the whole city looking for it without any luck. I never recieved information about a map. We later asked the people in the area, and they confirmed that there have been more people looking for it but that the place does not exist. The hotel have different addresses at each site you look at, and is “located” in a dark, shady and dangerous area where the Mexicans recommended us to leave from. This left us in a very hard situation, it was night and we had no place to go. So please do not lecture me about not doing my research, since this is a personal experience.

This place is amazing, Mr. Oliver gave us a very friendly welcome and helped us booking a taxi to the airport. The property is extremely clean and quiet. You feel like you're at home. The Villa is 15 minutes from the airport and is not difficult to find if you use google maps. Enrique was also very friendly. I recommend Villa Airport B&B 100% especially is you need a nice, clean and quiet place to stay near the airport. It exceeded our expectations.

The place is like a lovely Mexican “hacienda”. I think it was an holistic spa in the past and that is the atmosphere you feel there. Very peaceful, clean, and beautiful. Spacious room and bathroom. Very good shower!!!! It was like being at home!!.Good breakfast too!!! The owners are very nice and easy going. They helped me with anything I needed such as booking taxi service at 4am to go to the airport. It is about 15 min from Cancún Center and from the airport. Excellent experience!!!

When we arrived we found a large gate. We rung the doorbell several times and it took more 10 minutes for the host to come out. After arriving, he just brought us up to our room which is definitely more of a airbnb type of place. The room was ok but a little gross and definitely not as pictured. The location is within a private community with no food options nearby. For us this was an issue because not only could we not get food, but there were no taxis and the wifi did not work at all. This made it really difficult to do anything. The guy checking us in was not helpful. I would only reccomend staying here if you have your own car and can drive yourself.

Nov.16, 2019 my wife and i had booked the room for 1 night only and we started to get a uneasy feeling from the start. We were greeted by a lady that looked suspicious and not overly friendly during the greeting. Once we arrived into the house (outside was dark) we could smell odors. The place was dirty, unclean, strong cigar smoke. My wife was not happy with the vibes she gave and the feeling of the house and decided to look for another place to stay. I ready many of the reviews in the past and many people really liked this place, it was close to the airport and a good price so i thought we were lucky to find it. I don't know if the management has changed? The inner house is a 1 Star rating at best! See photos of interior. If you have standards of comfort then you may wish to reconsider your stay here? There is a reason why they dont post any inside pictures.

A nice quiet place, beautifully decorated and run by a friendly couple. Breakfast is included and it's very animal friendly with three dogs who adore to be patted and a very friendly cat that is always playing with the dogs. It has more of a 'home' vibe to it like you are a guest in someone's house which makes it more relaxing. The property even has it's own small cenote (fresh water spring) which you walk over to get into the house. A taxi to the airport is $250 pesos ($12USD) or into Cancún township runs at $200 pesos ($10USD). It's great for an overnight stop. Just remember that dinner is not included and there wasn't any restaurants nearby that we could see so either take some food or eat before arrival.
