It is an elegant place but it needs to keep 100 the moviliario since many chairs are unpainted

The place is nice although small, for small events it is very good.

The best place for events and with the quality of an excellent hotel and restaurant. All services are of excellent quality. Its very accessible and large event room.

This room is very nice and pleasant, it has a banquet service and parking has a main room that can accommodate 300 people approx. And it has another that fits 150 people approx.

Terrible ... the place very beautiful and everything ... but the service and attention of the employees, the worst. We celebrated our wedding there, it turns out that not only did they not respect my wedding program and they did what they wanted. For days before, the only thing that worried them is that we would bring them the bottles of wine that we would give and that obviously we paid for. Later we realized that what they did was empty the bottles and steal the wine. Most of our guests told us they were denied drinks, saying there weren't. Also, 2 of them realized that they were serving tequila from a plastic jug instead of the brand name bottles that we had brought them. Then I brought sparkling wine for the toast, but at that time they told me that there was no longer because the Captain made the decision (as if he had paid for the wine and the wedding) to serve the sparkling wine with the main course, what happens? A guest told me that he ordered tequila and that a waitress told him that she better recommended that he drink something else, because according to the tequila that we have, it was very ugly, what ...? If we carry a brand new reposado! The worst treatment, they did not help us slice some cheeses that we needed, not even offering tips or payment. Long before the party was over, they said there was no wine, when we had been there a lot, we demanded to see the bottles and they brought them empty. We later found out that they were emptied into soda bottles. THEY STOLEN WINE FROM OUR PARTY! They gave me a map of tables to accommodate my guests and at the mere hour, it turns out that the tables were arranged in a different way than the map, the next day I saw that the reason was to save work for the event the next day. I asked for the party to start one hour after the civil ceremony was over and the broadcast before, which caused it to end earlier to force us to pay one more hour at a higher price and the captain asked us for $ 1,800 more for himself and the waiters. The dishes that were served at my wedding, were in terms of taste and presentation, much lower than those we received in the menu test. The worst thing was when the next day, relatives told us that even the waiters were serving the ice with their hands and not with tongs ...! As if they had not charged enough! Total, I wanted to talk about this with the manager of the place, from that day of my wedding and to date, but never, no one has attended to me since May 26, 2018 that I got married in that place, to date ... No Management took the trouble to assist me. If anyone knows a serious manager in this place, I'd like to let them know that. The place is beautiful and it is not fair that dishonest and unprofessional people denigrate the place and the confidence that one places when choosing it for such important events.
