★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me parece que en lugar de atacar las opiniones negativas deberían de preguntar que es lo que esta mal con su lugar, yo en lo personal recibí de primera mano de un ex empleado suyo, comentarios muy negativos de maltrato y malos cuidados hacia los abuelitos, como que no tienen al doctor de guardia en el lugar las 24 horas como lo ofrecen, y que no toman las medidas necesarias para cuidar la alimentación de un diabético por ejemplo. Deja ver mucho la manera cómo quieren manejar los malos comentarios.
It seems to me that instead of attacking negative opinions they should ask what is wrong with their place, personally I received first-hand from a former employee, very negative comments about mistreatment and bad care towards grandparents, as that they do not have the doctor on call in the place 24 hours as they offer it, and that they do not take the necessary measures to take care of the feeding of a diabetic for example. It shows a lot how they want to handle bad comments.
