This place is awesome, but is even better the service! The owner, is someone that knows about customer service.. he goes above and beyond! I definitely recommend this place!!!

A great place to stay!! Excelent attention and space. Right in the heart of downtown, comfortable and beautiful.

I have so many positive things to say about my stay here that it probably sounds close to a love letter haha! But genuinely - one of the best stays I’ve had. I’d rate them 10 stars if I could. For context, I was with a group of 7 and we rented out the entire space. The check in was extremely smooth, the hosts gave very detailed instructions that made it hassle and question free to get in. When one of the automatic locks to a bedroom was malfunctioning, they were up within minutes to solve the problem. That’s just their attitude in general tho -- any time you have a question, problem, comment, they respond quickly and are happy to help. Just genuinely nice guys to have a chat with too. :) I learned a lot about them and the area in our time there and probably held them up from things they needed to do because they’re so easy to talk to! Usually I love to go and get out there, but the saltwater pool was so much fun to be in that we preferred it to the beach….when we had specifically chosen this town so we could go to the beach! Paired with the beautiful sunset every night, I was content with not leaving the Villa except to try the restaurants the hosts referred. They made it feel so homey and genuinely relaxing with the small details. The kitchen and kitchenettes are fully stocked. You have pots, pans, utensils, anything you need if you want to prepare something at home. The coffee they have is delicious too! Not to mention in the rooms they provided slippers, an eye mask, earplugs and a little sewing kit. Just thoughtful little touches like this are scattered throughout the house. Plus, the shower heads are giant waterfall types, and there was unlimited hot water. There were so many lush plants and fruit trees right in the backyard. Papaya, bananas, durians! I stayed here for a week and watched them ripen from the pool. I would love to come back again and stay a month so book it now before I do!

One of the best lodging experiences I've had in PV. In short, it's very professionally run, and the experience you have reflects that. Meticulously clean, keyless lock entry, blazing Wifi. The owner said this was a total reconstruction of this property. It shows. It feels well-designed. Like a lot of thought went into it's construction and now into it's operation. Lots of little extras, like a complimentary bottle of wine, popcorn, etc Stunning views . The ocean is a lot closer than it shows in photos. Last night I watched the "pirate ship" in the harbor and I think it's the closest view I have ever had of it. Those stunning views also give you great night breezes. I slept with the passive sliding glass doors open my whole stay. Charming, safe neighborhood. Excellent Peruvian restaurant right down the street (fine dining level food at ridiculously low prices) Easy walk to really anywhere you want to be. I stayed in the Macbeth studio. If they have a place open book it.

probably the most complete lodging experiences we had in all the PV stays in the past 10 years. First of all, perfect beddings and perfect sleep every night. Second of all, this is a brand new built which spacious and beautiful facilities in every single rooms. Trust me, in downtown PV, this is a rarefied. Owners are on site so they keep a eye on the comforts and needs of the customers. All and all, it is a perfect stay and i would come back again. No doubt.

Excellent villa with stunning views of the Banderas Bay. Villa is 6 total bedrooms each with their own king size bed and bathroom. Also includes a private pool and fantastic staff. Mark & John are on site to meet your every need. I highly recommend!

Mark & John and some of the most friendly and giving hosts I have stayed with. They are warm, inviting and responsive. They go above and beyond in their pursuit of your happiness. I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a 5 start accommodation to engage them on their residence. If you are used to Aspen like amenities, this is the spot for you. Their pool, the sunsets and most of all the filtered water system will make you feel at home and never want to leave.

The best place my husband and I have ever stayed at in Mexico! The view of the ocean from the property is beautiful. The room was spotless and in excellent condition. The bed was so comfortable..hard to find in Mexico. Not to mention the tap water being so clean and very fast wifi. Mark was so kind and gave us great recommendations. All good things to say about this place. We will definitely be coming back!
