Villa Armonia Hotel & Spa - 45820 Jocotepec

El lugar es súper lindo, todos los espacios, jardines, área de alberca y jacuzzi. Las camas y almohadas muy cómodas, blancos frescos y de calidad. Me encantó el baño y la regadera tipo cascada. Las amacas entre los jardines. Personas amable, atento, servicial y eficiente. Lo único a mejorar es el restaurante, entiendo que el menú no sea muy amplio por ser un hotel pequeño pero le falta un poco de sabor a la comida, para la calidad del lugar los platillos no están al nivel. Los precios son muy accesibles pero realmente es solo por la comodidad de no salir del lugar. No es malo pero si muy simple. En la mañana se escucha un poco el ruido de la carretera, los camiones, en lo personal no me incomoda.

El lugar es bonito, el servicio de masaje y restaurante son buenos. Durante nuestra estadía la alberca estaba muy sucia, el agua verde, con una capa de grasa (seguramente de las cremas, aceites y bloqueadores de los huéspedes). La habitación no contaba con AC, solo ventilador de techo y dentro de la habitación se sentía el ambiente sofocado. Tuvimos la mala suerte de que hubo fiestas muy cercano al hotel y toda la noche la música se escuchaba fuerte.

EXCELENTE: El personal, atención excelente. EXCELENTE MASAJE!! Lo que NO me gustó fue la comida, es muy regular en proporción al costo del hospedaje, esperaba mucho mayor calidad. TAMPOCO me gustó que me tocó una habitación que da prácticamente a la calle, hay una fina reja en medio, pero se escuchan pasar los autos toda la noche, aparte de sentirse muy poco privada, es imposible abrir las ventanas para ventilar e iluminar bonito la habitación. Aunque la gente es maravillosa, NO volvería porque la proporción de precio contra calidad, no lo vale.

Positive: Staff is very kind. Facilities are very nice. Negative: Temperature for water in shower is not stable. It would be nice to add one or two chairs in the room, plus a table.

Positive: The beds are comfortable. The grounds were beautiful. The ambiance of the room and the property was very nice.. Negative: I did not like that there were no comfortable chairs. The deck chairs out by the pool we're extremely uncomfortable. The pebble floor in the bathroom was very hard on my feet and there was nothing to protect the bottoms of my feet. There was only one wastebasket in the whole room which was in the bathroom. There was only one small mirror in the room as well. It was very close to the highway which was noisy. The pool did not look inviting as it was looking dirty..

Really small place, nothing to do Place is clean, the gardens are beautiful. Pool is quite small, restaurant is basically only drinks, breakfast is very simple and not good taste. Spa area is only available for 2 persons and the massage therapist is coming from other place so you need to request in advance.

What a disaster. The place was very nice, cozy with manicured gardens and extremely clean. The first impression was awesome, yet it all went downhill from there. Upon ur arrival, we were told they forgot to include the taxes on the reservation price so we ended up paying 30% more than what we planned. Then, maintenance issues. A/C did not work, the digital lock of the main room door did not close properly, the shower water temperature varied from boiling to icy from one minute to the other making it impossible to take a shower. Wi-fi was unreachable so they had to share with us their corporate wi-fi so we could check on messages. By the way, they provide you with ear plugs because it's right next to the highway and to the bars in the lake shore. You'll hear the party well into the night loud and clear. The staff was courteous but visibly lost. From the receptionist that could not find our reservation for some time, to the cleaning lady that opened up the door and simply entered the room while we were changing (wife was mortified) to the bartender that served us one beer and we never saw her again. Could not say how the breakfast was. We requested a refund on our spa massages and left as early and quickly as we could the next day. Stay away from this place.
