Located in the center of Bacalar and was closed to the restaurant and the Laguna.
Parking just outside of the hotel.
The rooms were really nice with a safe box, AC and hot shower.
There was a lovely garden.
Wifi wasn't so good.

The doors enter the room transparent and see light from the corridor. The common areas are close to the rooms and when people sit there, there is a lot of noise. The shower faucets are old although the hotel is new and therefore the flow is poor. The guy, Juan Pablo in the reception was very lovely!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was pleased with this little hotel, the rooms were spotless, and the bed was comfortable. The back patio was a nice touch; it was an enjoyable stay. But the highlight had to be Guillermo at the front desk, and he was absolutely brilliant. He was always extremely attentive, gave me great recommendations and went above in beyond his duty to make me feel welcomed. I will be back! Thank Guillermo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel nothing to complain. However there are no glass windows but just wooden doors. Mosquitos will be able to get in. That's the only complaint.
