★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención del personal bien, pero solicité factura y no la enviaron. Llamé dos veces para recordarles que me enviaran mi factura, prometieron hacerlo y nunca la enviaron. Eso me parece un pésimo y engañoso servicio.
The staff attention well, but I requested an invoice and they did not send it. I called twice to remind them to send me my bill, they promised to do it and they never sent it. That seems to me a lousy and misleading service.

Preguntamos presupuesto por teléfono a la encargada y era de cuando mucho 1500 pesos (corte y balagiage en cabello largo); hicimos cita y al llegar todavía consultamos con el esteticien, quien nos confirmó el procedimiento químico y el tiempo a realizar que no pasaba de 3 horas, pero no aclaró los costos, ni la encargada aclaró si al presupuesto inicial. A la hora de pagar salieron con que la decoloración para el balagiage era aparte (1200 pesos solo la decoloración) total que nos enjaretaron una cuenta sorpresiva de casi 4 mil pesos!!! por un corte y un balagiage; se tardó casi 6 horas por que además en lugar de sólo secar el cabello realizó (sin preguntarnos) un peinado super elaborado que no solicitamos, (además super pasado de moda).

Empezó a limar mis uñas y ni siquiera me dejó lavar las manos, no me hizo manicura y me quito la cutícula así en seco. Le pregunté por qué y me dijo que ya no había tiempo y que ese servicio lo cobrarán aparté. Continúo con las uñas y al final le quedaron todas chuecas de que las limó mal y dijo que era por el tamaño de mis dedos, lo cual ni siquiera tiene sentido. Me puso alcohol quesque para limpiar y me ardió horrible. A la hora de pagar no fueron los $360 que me dijo, fueron casi $800.
Y no fue hasta el día siguiente que se le hizo una costra al rededor de las uñas por que esa tonta me lastimó horrible.
Que asco de servicio!

La señora fue prepotente en el trato cuando le pregunté si había forma de que me atendiera alguien más. Solo me dijo que me fuera a otra estética o a Palacio de Hierro y culpó a la nueva recepcionista, que no estaba ahí presente, de no avisar de mi cita al estilista. Y la señora que me peinó, Elvira, fue muy déspota al final. Sí me iré con la competencia como me sugirieron.
