★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó el lugar, las instalaciones son preciosas, más sin embargo cuando llegue a mi habitación el escusado tenía mal olor, era mi primer día y el baño estaba "recién entregado" no tenía porque tener aroma a sucio...
De ahí en más...todo perfecto
I loved the place, the facilities are beautiful, more however when I got to my room the toilet had a bad smell, it was my first day and the bathroom was "just delivered" it did not have to have a dirty smell ...
From then on ... everything perfect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me quedé dos noches en dos habitaciones diferentes. La primera tenía un poco de hormigas y afuera vi unas cuantas cucarachas, de ahí en fuera todo bien, la segunda habitación había muchísimas hormigas que se paseaban por el techo, paredes y hasta en la taza del baño, es muy incómodo que haya tantas. El hotel tiene piscina, estacionamiento y muchas habitaciones, también facturan y tienen agua caliente con buena presión de agua. Todo me gustó menos las hormigas y las cucarachas.
I stayed two nights in two different rooms. The first room had a bit of ants and outside I saw a few cockroaches, from then on everything was fine, the second room had a lot of ants that walked on the ceiling, walls and even in the bathroom, it is very uncomfortable that there are so many. The hotel has a swimming pool, parking and many rooms, they also bill and have hot water with good water pressure. I liked everything except the ants and cockroaches.

Agradecimiento personal a la señorita de la mañana, desde que llegamos, sin problema nos mostró todo el hotel, y su carisma hizo muy agradable la estancia.

The place is very quiet, full of Peace.
Personal thanks to the lady in the morning, since we arrived, without problem she showed us around the hotel, and her charisma made the stay very pleasant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay was good and reasonably priced, the front desk ladies were helpful and watched the luggage for me after i checked out. Restaurant in back was good too, service a little slow because theres only one waiter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place could be better if there were not cockroaches in the villa. We complained about these insects several times and they ignored us. To make things worst, an expensive Tehuana dress was taken out of my auntie’s room without her consent. It took us several hours to get it back. Even after reviewing the cameras, they kept denying and denying it. My sister in law( who made the reservation for us) went and insisted in reviewing the cameras until they found the person who had taken the dress.
Nice place, however, personnel must be trained and monitor all the time. We will be going back to Tuxtepec soon, but we will not return to this hotel for sure!!
