Esta hermoso pero el mar está lleno de basura

Muy bien ubicado playa tranquila... algunas fallas de agua o servicios pero atendidas y resueltas de manera inmediata

El lugar tiene una excelente vista al mar, la alberca es muy comoda y limpia , al igual que la villa es muy hermosa y amplia, para unas vacaciones familiares muy recomendado, el lugar es tranquilp , relajante, Cercanos a este lugar esta ; Cancun, playa de carmen y puerto morelos, en dichos lugares puedes visitar y conocer las atracciones turistacas Playa de carmen ( xcaret, xelha, etc.) Puerto Molelos ( Arrecife ) Cancun ( adventure park, xplor, etc)

Tolle Lage, direkt am Strand! 5 Schlafzimmer, genügend Bäder und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Küche und Esstisch. Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen!

For the money, this villa needs some work. The location is amazing, beach is beautiful and swimmable but the villa itself needs TLC. We had a lot of rain during our stay and had so much water enter the villa. It was insane the amount of water there was. The floors are marble so it was very dangerous, especially with kids around. There were ants throughout the house, but mainly in the kitchen.. and not small ants, very large ants. It was gross. The dishwasher was not working when we were there and based on what other people had written in the book at the house it had not working for several months. I don't understand how the owner would not fix something like that. Only 2 burners on the cooktop worked, which was also frustrating because we cooked a lot while there. The space in the home was great, the location superb, the furniture nice, just small things that make a big difference that are very easy to fix. We were also there at a time when the seaweed was tremendous! We could not even see the sand because it was literally all covered with seaweed. I had to move mounds of it out of the way so my 2 yo could sit down and play in the sand. I think this also had a lot to do with the storm, I just wish they would have cleared the area in front of the house after it passed us by. Overall, it was a really fun vacation. Just minor things that should be fixed in order to get a 5 star rating from me.

Beautiful, well-appointed house, better than described on their website. 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have their own bath. Nice pool and the beach is 100 feet out the back door. Very supportive management staff that can arrange excursions and experiences. We had chef services, which was an culinary experience itself.
