A good place to stay. Great service. An ideal place to spend afternoons and evenings after returning from walks on the beaches. Important to rent a car. It is very hot (I visited it in August).

Our stay at Villa Casa di Luca was perfect. Andrea was a fabulous host and helpful in every situation.
The apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pictures online are exactly as the accommodation is. The pool was also clean and very refreshing.
Playacar condo, the golf course area where the villa is located, felt very safe and it's only 6 minutes walk to the beautiful beach, as well as 8 minutes to the Avenida 5. I highly recommend staying 10 days at villa Casa di Luca. We had a wonderful time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Playa del Carmen is a very tourist town but Casa di Luca is located in a quiet and peaceful area (in a closed area with a golf course). The property has a swimming pool in a beautiful shared garden. The Deluxe One-Bedroom Apartment has a poolside terrace with sun loungers with a view for the garden, There is also a terrace upstairs. The apartment has a kitchen with full equipment. We loved breakfast on the garden terrace. Fast contact with the owner via WhatsApp. Our host Carlo, the owner's friend, gave us the keys at midnight - thanks a lot for that. Carlo gave us a lot of valuable advice about nearby restaurants and attractions. Hiring a car allows you to visit the surrounding places Tulum, Akumal and others.
