D	Damara Espejel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar para descansar de la rutina y el estrés de la ciudad, un poco alejado hay que llevar todo lo necesario para alimentarse y puedes pasar un excelente fin de semana con la familia, en donde los peques disfrutarán de la alberca y jugar en el amplio jardín. A place to rest from the routine and stress of the city, a little away you have to bring everything you need to eat and you can spend an excellent weekend with the family, where the little ones will enjoy the pool and play in the spacious yard.
a	antia rodríguez otero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El agua de la alberca está fría. El jacuzzi ( no funciona las burbujas) aunque tiene agua caliente, tienes que apagar y encenderlo tu mismo. Recomiendo llevar sábanas para las camas porque las que tiene son pequeñas, se desmontan cuando duermes, al menos la recámara que es matrimonial. Las individuales no tienen problema.Solo disponen de una cobija por cama. Únicamente tienes toalla de lavamanos, para ducharte deberás traerla de tu casa. Tiene lavadora y funciona muy bien pero el problema es que si vas varios días cómo fue nuestro caso, se nos hacía complicado tender la ropa porque no dispone de nada para ello. La casa es cómoda y fresquita. Utensilios de cocina tiene bastante y la zona de barbacoa está increíble, nosotros la utilizamos mucho. Tiene un horno fuera pero no funciona. Los sofás de la casa son muy viejos e incómodos, hacía falta que los renovase para que la estancia fuera más agradable. El personal de servicio muy agradable y atento. El jardín está bien cuidado, muy grande y si llevas perro seguro la pasará increíble. La casa cuenta con internet y sky. El fraccionamiento tiene un mini súper , te lo llevan a casa si lo requieres. Consuelo, la anfitriona nos recibió el primer día y nos explicò todo lo que debíamos saber de la casa y de la zona; Ticumán cuenta con un mercado pequeño pero en Yautepec ( aprox 35 min en coche) encontrarás cadenas como Aurrerá, Superama y la comer. En este municipio cuenta con un mercado mucho más amplio y con gran variedad. Las estacas y el balneario santa Isabel están muy cerquita del fraccionamiento y muy recomendable. Recomendamos la casa. Espero pueda mejorar algunas cosas de las que he mencionado para que la estancia sea perfecta. The water in the pool is cold. The jacuzzi (bubbles do not work) although it has hot water, you have to turn it on and off yourself. I recommend carrying sheets for the beds because the ones they have are small, they are dismantled when you sleep, at least the bedroom that is double. The individual ones have no problem. They only have one blanket per bed. You only have a sink towel, to shower you must bring it from your home. It has a washing machine and it works very well but the problem is that if you go several days as was our case, it was difficult to hang clothes because you do not have anything for it. The house is comfortable and cool. Kitchen utensils have enough and the barbecue area is amazing, we use it a lot. It has an oven outside but it does not work. The sofas in the house are very old and uncomfortable, they needed to be renovated to make the stay more pleasant. The service staff very nice and attentive. The garden is well maintained, very large and if you take a dog for sure it will be amazing. The house has internet and sky. The subdivision has a super mini, they take it home if you need it. Consuelo, the hostess received us the first day and explained everything we needed to know about the house and the area; Ticumán has a small market but in Yautepec (approx 35 min by car) you will find chains such as Aurrerá, Superama and eating. In this municipality it has a much wider market and a great variety. The stakes and the spa santa Isabel are very close to the fractionation and highly recommended. We recommend the house. I hope I can improve some of the things I mentioned so that the stay is perfect.
