Rooms and staff are bad hot water takes 10min to get breakfast sucks had bird droppings on spoons and more...

Wouldn't recommend!!! I called to inquire about rates for the Summer and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and arrogant!! On top of his arrogant demeanor I come to find out that the rates they have are American Hotel rates or even higher than what you would find here in the US!!! But without the quality of a Hotel here in the States!! This Hotel is not even close to Guayabitos Beach nor to most of the restaurants nor main Guayabitos attractions!!! You gotta take a 30 minute walk to get to Guayabitos Beach Lol. Anyone trying to make reservations here in Guayabitos your best bet is to google "Bungalos Guayabitos Nayarit" and you will find a great selection of a lot more affordable options than this place!! Americans Beware places like this will try to rip you off since you don't speak Spanish and they are relying on you not comparing prices!! So I recommend you DO compare google "Bungalos" and remember you are in Mexico!!! which is a lot more affordable......you SHOULDN'T be paying American prices!!! Americans BEWARE!!!

Perfect place for a calmed and relaxed getaway. Beach is just crossing the street and it's perfectly located near the center of guayabitos. The only cons would be the lack of services, like room services or restaurant, but this encourages you to walk and visit the city.

Staff is very friendly, grounds are clean and comfortable and it’s nice a quiet. Perfect distance to the beach, about a 30 step walk! Great place to stay!

Staying at an Airbnb, my uncle forgot to get a room with air-conditioning and downstairs for my father, but the place is awesome. Nice 20 minute walk to a beach. It is hot but the wonderful.

This villa is absolutely splendid. Great friendly staff and the include breakfast was amazing. Other reviews talk about the view but I was just entranced watch the waves hit the beach from my balcony. Inside the villa it truly feels like you are at our own home. This is the second time I have stayed at this villa and absolutely would recommend it.

Had to walk 20 minutes to eat, not allowed to use the kitchen to cook, said they would cook us breakfast when we booked and then would not, pool was cold and level was below skimmers, shower leaked out and flooded the floor due to caulking failed, maid kept leaving the side door unlocked to our room, everyday. Will not be going back, up for sale, maybe the reason for the attitude.

A nice BnB in the residential area. Great rooms right on the ocean. We love this place. Nice and quiet , away from the busy beach.
