★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar para pasar un tiempo de descanso, está frente a la plaza principal por lo que si te toca alguna de las habitaciones de balcón tendrás una vista muy bonita, las habitaciones cumplen con lo básico y puedes estar seguro que descansarás bien, el único tema es que cuando hay eventos por lo general hay mucho ruido, cuentan con restaurante y pago con tarjetas, tarifas cómodas y tiene estacionamiento subterráneo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El hotel es lindo, tiene una pésima atención al cliente; la televisión no se veía clara y pedimos como 3 veces que lo resolvieran cosa que obviamente no hicieron, el control del aire acondicionado no era el correspondiente y no lo tenían, la habitación según "ejecutivas" con cama King size no tenía ninguna ventana y jamás nos lo mencionaron al momento de reservar. La segunda noche definitivamente nos cambiamos de hotel, nos pareció que no vale los $845 por noche que pagamos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, el hotel su arquitectura es bonita pero el servicio muy malo pedí una habitación llegué y tenía una fuga. Me cambiaron de habitación y cuándo me quise bañar, no salía agua caliente, el elevador no funciona, pedí cecina en el restaurante y no tenían, pedí una concha con nata y tampoco tenían. Ojalá le pongan atención a todos los detalles malos que tienen, esa oscuridad en los pasillos. Y luego para rematar sale uno del hotel y está un registro sin tapa, muy peligroso. Y la verdad quedé muy decepcionada, pésima mí estancia en ese hotel.
Terrible service, the hotel its architecture is beautiful but the service was very bad. I asked for a room and I arrived and it had a leak. They changed my room and when I wanted to take a bath, there was no hot water, the elevator doesn't work, I asked for cecina in the restaurant and they didn't have it, I asked for a shell with cream and they didn't have it either. I hope they pay attention to all the bad details they have, that darkness in the corridors. And then, to top it off, someone leaves the hotel and there is a registry without a cover, very dangerous. And the truth was I was very disappointed, my stay in that hotel was terrible.
