Located at the edge of a pristine stretch of beach at the peaceful north end of town, Villa del Oso offers breathtaking views overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The property is set on a massive 105,000 square feet block with the villa covering 20,000 square feet. The property has been built with meticulous attention to detail. With its exquisite French interior design, immaculate lush gardens, modern décor, sun-filled rooms and expansive entertaining areas, Villa del Oso is a palatial oasis offering amazing ocean front living.
In addition to the main house, Villa del Oso also offers a private, self-contained, two-story, two-bedroom guesthouse with its own spectacular ocean views.
There are a total of seven bedrooms – five in the main house and two in the guesthouse. All rooms have bathroom en-suites, while three have a Jacuzzi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa del Oso is in a beautiful location, and the house was amazing. The pool was nice and warm and the grounds were well kept. There was a path directly to the beach. Breakfast and lunch were great and the staff were really great. I would highly recommend visiting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my grandparent's vacation home. I have stayed here multiple times and every time it has been an amazing experience. This place is legitimately my favorite place on earth. The roof has an incredible view, the beach is just a staircase away, and the town is in walking distance. Sayulita is truly a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed here for my best friend's wedding. It's on a cliff looking over the ocean, a beautiful outdoor patio, swimming pool, so many bedrooms, and great staff. I have no idea how this place doesn't have 100 percent 5 star reviews. I was shocked to see it's rating at 4.2 at the time of my review. Rent a golf cart and enjoy this little gem of a town!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Del Oso is AMAZING! The view, rooms, beach, staff, food, and service was all beyond expectations. Eduardo went above and beyond in every aspect. We had a week long family wedding extravaganza there. Lots of events and all of which Oso was either the main event or the meeting place.
They prepared all breakfasts and lunches that we requested (just let them know) and they were all delicious. The staff also cleaned all the rooms and even cleaned and cleared around the house after all those late nights.
At the end of the week we hosted our wedding there. I could not imagine more beautiful view and atmosphere. One lawn area for wedding ceremony and a separate larger one for reception. Both areas overlooking a gorgeous beach.
Talked to the friends and family that stayed with us there and we are going to me doing annual trips there!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been to Sayulita many times. I've stayed at a lot of nice homes here. None of these homes can even compare to this house Villa del oso. We had group of 14 people and Everyone in this group agrees that this is the most beautiful house in this whole town. Besides having the most amazing view and most amazing house and pool and lawn we also had the most professional wonderful staff.

The property manager Luisa was very responsive and accommodating, and Eduardo and the house staff were lovely with daily service needs and meals, the place was spotless and welcoming everyday. I booked the villa for our wedding site unseen and have no regrets, I’m still convinced it’s the BEST wedding venue in Sayulita for so many reasons, our wedding day was incredible, and many of our guests want to book the villa for themselves in the future. If you’re looking for a wedding planner, Sunset Soiree is also highly recommended as well!
