Party halls are all open, outdoors. There isn't enough parking. Attended an event, yet wouldn't host an event here.

The site is a placer conforting, a good placer to social activities, un terms of service needs improvement, the organización of the evento was a little poor, but anyway is a nice place to visit

We were looking for a hotel near Bacalar, where we could stay with our two little dogs. It was the perfect hotel! The service was excellent, fair price, the room big and clean. Highly recomended.

Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful. The cabins are cute, super clean and comfortable. I enjoyed my stay.

Either I neglected to post my original review or the property somehow had Google delete it, so I will rewrite it now by memory just so maybe can help save someones vacation. I reserved the Master Suite, a luxurious room on the ocean with all the bells and whistles you would expect when paying a fee larger that 95% of all available rooms in this area. When we got there, something seemed strange. First we had to wait over 2 hours for our room to be ready. We did not get to the room until almost 5pm. We were so tired that we didnt notice right away that this was not the same room we had seen in the photos. We did in fact notice a few minutes later that we could not find the controls for the A/C. After calling the front desk, we were told this was because there were no controls. Long story short, this was no master suite, this was a banquet shack that was temporarily converted into a make shift hotel room. Due to its origin as something other than a hotel room, the only qualities were its large size, owe, and if you had a party there, your guest could all use the commercial bathrooms with the add on shower without issue! Yes, we were our shoes the entire time for sure. By the way, the only air conditioning this place had was a 5 inch fan hung above the mosquito net covered bed. I have had better stays at a 30 year old truck stop hotel. As a fair reviewer, I will say the location was gorgeous, the restuarant was decent and most of the staff were friendly, however I can go to a gorgeous park, eat at a far better restuarant, and stay for a full week at a far better hotel for what I paid for one night at this place. I was told there were no refunds and nothing I could do about it. Guess they should have considered my Google reviewer level prior to that! To the property, if you ever want to make this right, come find me and I will revise accordingly, so long as you provide the services you advertise. Hope this review helps others not make the same mistakes I had.
