★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievable view & patio. The room was very clean, spacious but basic. I wouldn't plan on using kitchen facilities as refrigerator not very cold. The staff was lovely w limited english and its aclose walk to the main strip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very clean hotel! We were greeted friendly at the beginning and were able to pay by card our stay! All in all very satisfied! The location is a bit further away from the center which is very good to get a quiet night sleep. Still within a 15 minute walk you can be at the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super friendly always checking up if everything is okay. I needed something and the next day they added to my room. The room I have is very spacious with a kitchen and floor to ceiling sliding windows which open to a large balcony over looking the beautiful carribean. I'm very happy with the room and the people managing the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wilbert the owner greeted us at the Ferry Terminal and escorted us to the Villa. He was extremely friendly, helpful, informative about the island and very attentive to our needs. Wilbert truly treats you like family. Location was safe, secure and a short walk to the Centro. We stayed in Suite #4. It has a spectacular view overlooking the Caribbean Sea, including from the bed and even from the shower! It was very clean, spacious, and has a large balcony which we spent hours enjoying.
Overall we had a great experience at Villa Elena and would highly recommend staying here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's our second time in this location, we love it.We stayed in other places in Isla but this one became my favorite. Rooms very clean, stuff very friendly, walking distance from restaurants and beach.Ocean view spectacular. The outside balcony was very spacious and enjoyable .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For the prices on the island OK but would take another room or hotel.
We had a room facing the street and the first room of the house - you can everyone entering the house. Traffic on the road is luckily rare during night time.
The room was small and functionally furnished (bed, air conditioning, kitchen utensils). The rooftop is nice but can only be used very early or late today because sun burns down and there is no shade.
The operators are friendly and accommodating (e.g. arrival/departure, luggage storage).

Already the curtains are not blackout and the light from outside was shining in my room... The pillows are not comfortable at all. And during the night it was very windy and the air passed under the doors making a horrible whistling noise all night long.
Also, the room really lacks cosyness. Not even a small bedside lamp next to the bed to read at night. I had to leave the white light on the ceiling... So i would conclude with : « too expensive for the quality of the service. »
