★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención es buena y las camas, dentro de lo que cabe, confortables, sin embargo, la ubicación está alejada del centro de la ciudad. Además, el precio me parece excesivo para los servicios ofrecidos. No lo recomiendo.
The attention is good and the beds, within what is possible, comfortable, however, the location is far from the city center. In addition, the price seems excessive to me for the services offered. I do not recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me tocó la habitación que daba a la calle por lo que era agradable tener luz natural. Las habitaciones están bien limpias y el personal es muy amable. Los únicos inconvenientes es que la cocina no es de uso común (y no hay ningún cartel que lo informe) y que el wifi no llegaba en la habitación (llega otra señal pero es solo para uso de los propietarios…). El barrio no tiene nada interesante pero es conveniente porque está cerca de los buses
I got the room facing the street so it was nice to have natural light. The rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. The only drawbacks are that the kitchen is not for common use (and there is no sign indicating it) and that the Wi-Fi did not reach the room (another signal arrives but it is only for the use of the owners…). The neighborhood has nothing interesting but it is convenient because it is close to the buses

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed here for a couple of nights upon arriving in Tuxtla.
The staff were friendly and the room costs were affordable.
Even better though, was that we were able to bring our cat Aimee into our room with us.
Room service came every day and tidied the room.
WiFi and hot showers.
It is a little away from the main square, but for us on our bikes it wasn't an issue.
