★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was absolutely the worst experience in traveling in my life. I traveled internationally and hid this booked for 2 rooms. The lady at the front desk told me they had no rooms left. She claimed they had tried to contact me for 2 days which is a lie. She got a manager on the phone who did not care. She admitted they had not contacted my travel booker, and did not care that I was traveling with no were to stay now on a holiday. There we very little options in town that weekend. She some could not be bothered. I woukd recommend everyone boycott this hotel.
