★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati benissimo. I proprietari molto gentili, sempre disponibili, stanze ampie, accoglienti, pulitissime. La casa è bella, in una zona molto tranquilla e protetta, vicina alla spiaggia e al centro ch'è raggiungibile anche a piedi. La consiglio vivamente.
We had a great time. Owners very friendly, always available, spacious rooms, comfortable, spotlessly clean. The house is lovely, in a very quiet and protected area, close to the beach and the center which is also within walking distance. I highly recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sirve de nada que los dueños sean "muy amables", no por ser amable puedes faltar al respeto sin consecuencia. Mi esposo y yo vivimos en Cancún, queríamos pasar un merecido descanso de fin de semana en Playa y nos lonarruinaron, terminamos viajando de regreso a casa sin pegar un ojo a las 3:30am porque el Aire acondicionado no sirvió (según el dueño el problema lo resolvió en la tarde limpiando el control remoto). Ya desde que llegamos al medio día dispuestos a meternos un rato en la alberca nos habían salido con que no podíamos usarla :( y desde ahí comenzó la mala pasada en este lugar.
It is no use that the owners are "very friendly", not by being friendly you can disrespect without consequence. My husband and I live in Cancun, we wanted to spend a well-deserved weekend break in Playa and they ruined us, we ended up traveling back home without shutting an eye at 3:30 am because the air conditioning did not work (according to the owner the problem solved it in the afternoon by cleaning the remote). Since we arrived at noon, ready to get into the pool for a while, they had come up with us that we couldn't use it :( and from there the trick began in this place.
