★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor hotel de puerto escondido, el hotel en ruinas, los servicios que ofrecen, no los dan, no hay agua caliente, y hubo días que ni agua hubo. las camas horribles, no se podia dormir en ellas, el piso era mejor. No te daban toallas pues nos les alcanzaban. El dueño no respeta la tarifa que te confirma, cuando vas a pagar , te la sube . A parte de insulta y falta al respeto.
No tiene restaurant ni si quiera te venden agua.
Este hotel no deberia existir

They did not give you towels because they were enough for them. The owner does not respect the rate that confirms you, when you pay, you upload it. Apart from insults and disrespect.
It has no restaurant or even sell water.

They don't honour your bookings, even after asking and receiving bank transfers as deposits... and by the looks of the place and the attitude of people at reception, it's even a good thing if you are not allowed to stay!
