Book Your Stay Today and Enjoy! Our family just returned from a 4 night stay and Wedding...it was amazing! The staff (Juan, Ana, Luis, Daniel and many more) made it home for our family and guests. Ana's cooking was outstanding! Between Villa Las Palmeras and Villa Las Ventanas we had 23 rooms for our 50 family and friends. Naomi was very responsive leading up to our trip as well as helping with any requests during our stay. We look forward to a return trip!

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Las Palmeras. Juan and Anna were so helpful and were always there for anything we needed. The views are amazing and most of the rooms have an ocean view. The pool is a good size and is private. The rooms are clean, modest accommodations, so if you are expecting Ritz style, then this villa would not be for you. The house is located on top of a hill, but the staff will call you a taxi or you can easily walk down to zona romantica. Anna cooks amazing Mexican style meals and Juan makes amazing margaritas. You really feel you are receiving a true authentic Mexican experience staying here.

Stayed here February 2017. The property is nice and all, but it definitely needs some updating. The bathrooms are open to the room, as in a cinderblock pony wall stall with a makeshift curtain. Same goes for the shower. Okay if you're alone in the room, awkward if you're sharing with your spouse, REALLY awkward if you're sharing with someone you don't know intimately. The furniture in the common area needed a refresh. The seats in the living area were tattered and worn, and the lounge chairs were made of steel so they were ROCK HARD if you didn't use a one of the tattered cushions. Pool was pretty, albeit cold to the point you couldn't really get in to enjoy it. The pool area was almost always shaded, so none of us ever really felt hot enough to be compelled to jump into the cold water. The staff was very nice and professional. The cooks made us the same breakfast every morning, which was fine. Only utilized them once for dinner and it was excellent. I will say, I felt like I was being supervised the entire time I was there. You were never alone in the villa, there was always a staff member present, which is good if you require their services, but bad if you just want solitude. Maybe that's standard for Mexican villas, but definitely different to this American who is used to renting a vacation house and having it to himself. Over all, we had a great time and don't want to discourage anyone from the property. Will we be back? Probably not. We'll look for properties with more updated bathrooms.

Horrible Experience. I rented the villa for 4 days and informed the owner of the number of rooms and guest requested. I paid over $14,000. Two days before our arrival the owner request we pay an additional $400 per extra guest which was over $3000 (48 hours before we were expected to check-in). The owner also informed me, I would not be able to enter the property until the extra guest were paid for upfront along with an extra $10 for every visitor that came to the property. The owner was informed over a month of the number of guest so we were pushed against the wall considering we had over 30 guest who were coming during the busy holiday season. I tried to negotiate with the owner but they said, due to electricity cost and water we had to pay the extra fees. Normally, I would be ok paying anything extra to assist the owners but the owner knew about the exact number of guest a month before our arrival. He waited until after we had paid the bill and couldnt get our money back quick enough to book another Airbnb. Long story short...we paid for several other Villas in PVR and cancelled in enough time so that we wouldn't be stuck with having a cancellation fee. Word to the Wise: If you can help it do not book with him outside of Airbnb and Vbro. I wouldn't recommend his services to my worst enemy.

Our stay at Villa Las Palmeras was amazing! As a large group of friends, it perfectly accommodated all 25 of us. The private pool, roof terraces, and open air concept was very memorable. However, the staff is what made our vacation that much more special. They were so attentive and accommodating. And we couldn't have had a better chef! Every meal was spectacular! As I'm writing this review, we are planning our next trip to Villa Las Palmeras :)

We have been coming to this house annually for several years now (except during 2020/2021 COVID times obviously) and have always enjoyed the friendly house staff, central location, and amenities. For a large group, it really can't be beat! The house underwent some renovations during the pandemic that enhanced it significantly, including adding two extra bedrooms, a second rooftop infinity pool, and an additional roof deck with panoramic views of PV and the Pacific Ocean. It's basically your private boutique hotel at this point! I have not seen a comparable house in terms of size, amenities, and location for the price. Is it a Ritz-Carlton? No. But if you understand what PV is and what to expect from large group house rentals there, then you'll find this one to be everything you could hope for and more.

I was looking for a place for about a month for our group and when i came across Villa Las Palmeras I instantly knew this was the place I wanted to book. The property itself is an amazing, with fantastic views all around! I booked the entire Villa for a group of guys 16 to enjoy some time in Mexico together. The owners/Management team were a pleasure from the start. I had many questions and everything was answered within 24 hrs which was very refreshing. The configuration of the Villa is great for big groups as the rooms were separated and the villa is open concept to with the elements. The place is very big and with many floors and stairs so be prepared for a workout. The rooftop bar and pool take the cake, the view is so picturesque. The Villa is so large that our group never felt cramped which was great. There was a staff of 3 that was there for the duration (staying at the villa next door) and it was great to have them around. The two ladies made us food and cleaned up which was nice. The gentlemen that was in charge was also great and very helpful. He was available to assist with anything we asked for. They went to the store to stock the fridge in advance and provided receipts for everything. I highly recommend the Villas for large groups as its just such a big place! More than enough room for multiple families or a big group like ours. We will definitely be back!!!!
