Very comfortable and quite place, peaceful rooms and great pool.
The staff is very helpful. Don Juan is a very nice person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The grounds were beautiful. The staff were excellent; helpful and kind.. Negative: Breakfast was fresh and good but it was exactly the same every day. A good idea would be change it up a bit ie. add a boiled egg one day or have peanut butter for the toast..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The breakfast was small but tasty. Staff was friendly and esp.loved Fabiola, great manager! Falconi Pizza in Cruz de Huancatzle was superb...very fresh, great staff.. Negative: It's a locked property at night and the key and padlock work so poorly we gave up and stood outside yelling "hello" until someone came and opened it. The pool ladder needs to be replaced with one with 4-5 steps (not 2)...I couldn't get in and out of the pool..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: Breakfast was good and nicely presented. Would be nice to have eggs too, but the fruit was delicious, the toast was warm and the coffee was good. The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Fabiola even called us a taxi and confirmed the price with the driver - very helpful!. Negative: The hot pool wasn't that hot so would be good to fix that but we enjoyed the swimming pool very much!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and the room was lovely. The room was cleaned daily and we received fresh towels daily as well.. Negative: It was difficult to get into the pool because the ladder was at the deep end and the steps at the shallow end had no handrail..
