Las rentan por días o por mes, el área de asador está súper equipada, la alberca está templada y súper limpia. Tiene cochera eléctrica, el acceso es muy sencillo. Muy accesible desde la caseta de entrada a la ciudad. La propietaria siempre está al pendiente. Cuenta con todos los servicios, muy amplia cocina bien equipada, estancia grande, smart tv, 2 recámaras, una terraza en la recámara principal, dos baños completos en planta alta, medio baño en planta baja y sauna. Arriba, en la terraza, está adaptado con techo y muebles para baños de sol y tiene regadera para refrescarse. Son varias cabañas con alberca y terraza para carnes asadas. El estacionamiento para varios autos, tiene puertas automatizadas que facilitan el acceso con el vehiculo. Y por estar ubicada en el barrio de la presa, se encuentra cerca de la zona antigua y bonita de Gto., sin ser el centro. Muy recomendable! Modern appliances and western finishes with high ceilings and stunning views...and a heated hot tub/pool? Are you kidding me?! Amazing. Very quiet and peaceful in the evenings and I always enjoyed watching the goats come down the mountains at sunset. Highly recommend staying at this gorgeous property.
