The secluded 54,000 sq/ft beachfront Villa Mia Resort is located in the south side of Puerto Vallarta, about 20 minutes from downtown, where the green of the jungle and the blue of the ocean offer you a “special frame” for an unforgettable stay. The 15 bedrooms have the most beautiful and eccentric views of ocean and exotic gardens, you will experience nature as you never had before.
By special arrangement Villa Mia has been made available to select qualified groups. The Villa is a privately owned estate and is not open to the general public.
Two huge terraces with palapa bars, one in the main area and the other one by the pool , are a unique design statement of this exclusive Villa.
Feel the ocean breeze while you are sipping a Margarita in the infinity pool or in one of the two large palapa bars. The Jacuzzi is so close to the ocean that you can almost taste the salty water.
There is a pathway to a large terrace in the ocean built with rocks used as an altar for weddings or as a rest area to enjoy the sunsets and the magnificent views of the Bay.To the right side of this area, there is a custom made pool (with natural rocks of the area) where you can enjoy the ocean water without any worries of the waves. From this point you can start a unique adventure with the Kayak that the Villa also provides at no extra charge.
Villa Mia can accommodate comfortably 30 guests, or up to 36 sharing all beds (king and queen size)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Magical! That's the word I would sum up my experience. I was not the coordinator of the trip so some of my experience is limited. However the villa itself was exactly as it appeared in listings. This was the most shocking part for me. Absolutely beautiful. I love going out in Zona Romantica but was so happy to just enjoy the villa. The staff was so kind. Jairo was on top of everything from meals to bar. Don't know how he remembered so many names. I didn't catch the name of the woman working concierge, but she too seemed on top of everything and looking to make sure we had a great time. She runs a tight ship. There was security at the gate 24/7 and I always felt safe. Concierge was able to coordinate covid testing for the return flights home. Cabs were surprisingly easy to coordinate. But if you're looking to mainly visit Zona Romantica I'm not sure I would want to do that drive a lot. It's about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. The rooms had everything you needed and I was shocked at how good the AC was considering the room is not air tight by any means. I'm still not sure how the trip wasn't 4x the amount I paid. Would 100% consider coming here again if I ever wanted a place to host an event in PV!!!

The entire staff was beyond amazing! Jairo and (Brian) Reyes felt more like family by the end of our stay. They made sure every single detail was always taken care of and their energy was infectious! We had our wedding at the villa during our stay and it was more than I could have ever dreamed of!
Every meal and snack prepared by the chefs was incredible! We found ourselves saying "this is the best thing we've eaten so far!" after every meal! The housekeepers were so sweet and kept the villa immaculate and the house manager was so kind and easy to work with!
I could go on and on about the amazing experience we had at Villa Mia. Our wedding and entire stay was absolutely perfect and we are so grateful! We cannot wait to be back!

The cooks were incredible as well as the wonderful women, everyone was so sweet. The best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, hands down. Go stay at Villa Mia, you won’t be disappointed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First and foremost, the host Jairo and Brian Reyes were welcoming, attentive, selfless, and overall beyond exceptional! The housekeepers were also very kind and made our stay beyond welcoming and comfortable with rooms maintained/cleaned every morning and the common areas cleaned daily. Our two chefs prepared homemade and authentic delicious dishes per scheduled and were very accommodating if something wasn't planned. As a party of 20, the service and experience exceeded expectations with a very hard working team who deserves more than 5 stars! We will be back for sure!
