La limpieza no es buena. No respetan el reglamento. Al parecer no le dan mantenimiento, el refri no enfria, las puertas no cierran, chapas flojas, las ventanas las abren cualquier persona. La verdad es inrrecomendable Terrible customer service, they serve you in a bad way. They pick up your chairs at 8 at night, they turn off the lights super early. Cleaning is not good. They do not respect the regulations. Apparently they do not maintain it, the refrigerator does not cool, the doors do not close, loose plates, the windows are opened by anyone. The truth is inrecommendable

Los recepcionistas son groseros a la atención, hace falta trabajar en servicio al cliente y MANTENIMIENTO. No tienen wifi They do not clean the rooms if they stay 2 days, they do not give soap or shampoo and sometimes no toilet paper. Dejan que otras personas del hotel de al lado acaparen las palapas y sillas de ESTE HOTEL y no les importa que dejen a sus huespedes sin donde estar y sentarse. ¿Entonces para que ponen pulseras? Si personas ajenas hacen lo que quieren En pocas palabras no les importa nada, solo se preocupan por cobrar y ya. Cuando se les informo que no habia NI UNA sola silla por que las habian agarrado otras personas ajenas al hotel simplemente le valio al encargado. Y pues nos dejan a nosotros SUS HUESPEDES sin poder estar agusto en sus propias instalaciones. Parados y sin poder usar las instalaciones. La verdad que pesimo hotel. Primera y ultima vez que venimos aqui. PESIMO hotel, the truth does not come ... Zero customer service. Zero cleaning. Terrible conditions the rooms. Igual ahi te dan jabones rollo agua y cambio de toallas las 24 hrs. Yo tengo 7 años consecutivos llendo a ese hotel y me gusta mucho el hotel y lo que ofrece. For all the people who comment badly about the hotel, they are very wrong, their service is excellent for those who do not know, ask for their cleaning to the room, at reception. The same there they give you soaps roll water and change of towels 24 hours. I have been going to that hotel for 7 consecutive years and I really like the hotel and what it offers.
D	Didier Luck on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hotel cómodo con alberca limpia y cristalina y acceso a playa directo. Los precios son muy accesibles. Los servicios no son excelentes pero son suficientes. En la única habitación para 8 personas la señal de la TV no es buena. It is a comfortable hotel with a clean and crystal clear pool and direct access to the beach. Prices are very affordable. The services are not excellent but they are sufficient. In the only room for 8 people the TV signal is not good.
