Absolutely amazing hosts - Adriana and her family went beyond expectations to accommodate our needs. Communication was excellent, and fast and in English. The studio accommodation was immaculately clean and had everything we needed - or we just had to ask if we needed anything else. Kitchen includes a full-size fridge with freezer and a microwave. The bathroom is huge, with plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the big shower there's a whole wall of storage cupboards and drawers for clothes, etc. The new, king-size bed is very comfortable and there's a futon-style couch, complete with a mattress topper. TV reception was great, with 3 or 4 English channels. WiFi was installed while we were there - thank you, Adriana - and, as far as Mexican WiFi goes, it worked very well. We stayed for 7 weeks and it was so nice to have laundry facilities and an outside area to hang wet swimsuits and towels. The pool, like the whole yard, was extremely well maintained by Don Gregario. Lounge chairs and a hammock are poolside, under a covered patio, which includes an outdoor kitchen area and a BBQ. We were often surprised with homemade treats from our hosts - coconuts freshly cut on the property, desserts, baked buns, and even a meal of delicious pork chops. The property is located quite a distance from the beach, but this makes it very peaceful. Bicycles are provided, which we used daily, to get to the beach (about a 15-minute ride - just one small hill.). But taxis are available. And, if you have a car, secure parking is provided inside the gated property. The Chedraui, and a bank (with ATM) and gas station are nearby. The colonial area has restaurants, pharmacies, fruit and vegetable stores, etc. that are less pricey than those located in the beach area of hotels and resorts. This accommodation is outstanding and the rate is fantastic. We highly recommend it as your home away from home.

The place looks lovely from the first view. The experience of staying there- the worst from 10 years of our travels. Before we rented a room in villa naktaan we had a long chat with the owners about all the conditions. Patricia (owner) announced a price of 15000 pesos for one months stay, 13000 monthly if we stay for 2 months and 12000 if we decided to live there for 3 months. The only one thing - she wanted to have 15000 first and second month (as a deposit that we stay longer) and the rest (6000 pesos) for the last month. For this price we also have cleaning service once a week and bicycles we can use (the place is far from the beach). My husband asked her two times if everything is included in the price (internet, electricity etc). She and her husband both said yes. We stayed one month and everything was nice and calm, we had great relationship, hosts where friendly. When i came to pay for the second months she said she forgot to mention a little detail. If the electricity bill will be higher than 1000 pesos we had to pay the rest. That was a first little bell. I said ok even it wasn't in the original agreement. The funny part began when i came to pay for the third month and gave Patricia 6000 pesos. She made a very disappointed face (it really looked like i gave her a bag of warms or something worse). First she started to say that agreement was different and we had to pay 13k for first and second months and 12k for the last. I explained her very respectfully it wasn't the deal and we have a proof (we had a whatsapp message clearly saying the total amount was 36k. That didn't work, she started to come from the other side. She said we need to pay a deposit amount of 5000 pesos which she will return to us after we leave the place and the room will be in perfect condition. I didn't agree on that. I don't mind to pay a deposit for accommodation but everything has to be done in a correct procedure (not after 2 months). She started to become very angry. Saying she will not be able to pay to for the cleaning services anymore, we not gonna be able to use bikes anymore and that we have to be "flexible", cause she made an honest mistake and forgot to mention the deposit part (for two months in a row). The next couple of days where a nightmare. She was coming to us every day and asking when we are going to leave the place. I really didn't want to stay in the villa anymore but as we have a little baby and lots of suitcases we where not so flexible to leave in a short notice. Anyway, we agreed we will leave 15 days earlier with the agreement they will return the hals of the monthly fee. For the past few days we didn't talk to each other which was very nice but at the "check out" Patricia showed her worst side ever. She came inside very furious, started to check every single detail, throwing the linen around and checking the mattress for a long time, really hardly trying to find something. She didn't and was again very angry about that. The way she was talking and behaving was absolutely disgusting. She didn't even mind that we have a little daughter. I know that she is a teacher in the school and i feel really sorry for the kids which need to be in her classes. Honestly, i don't think person like that can teach kiddies something useful. Roge, her husband is a lovely man actually but unfortunately he doesn't have much voice there. Patricia plays her evil games and tries to squeeze from the people as much money as possible.

Nice garden and pool actually - Downside - both can’t be used in the mornings and in the evenings as there are so many mosquitos around. The closest beach is about 5km away. Taxi cost between $90 and $100 one way. They do have dogs and you can find some leftovers - wasn't really nice for our daughter

I'm absolutely in love with this place. It is a little peace of heaven. Very comfortable rooms with electric blinds that can either bring lots of light or create maximum privacy. Excellent swimming pool with night light, deck with BBQ grill and all of that with nicely blends with nature (trees, palms, and exotic plants). Private parking with electric wireless remote makes it easy to come in and leave the property. If i were ever to visit mexico i would come here and here alone.

I couldn’t have been happier with my stay in this family. A truly beautiful, peaceful, and perfect place designed with great views and relaxation in mind. The rooms were clean and big , all with out-of-this-world views of the nature . Not only was everything beautiful but the staff was so incredibly kind and helpful the entire stay. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a slice of paradise
