We came there late and we was tired, checked in.. But that early morning after when We checked out, and my friend should pay, THEY HACKED HIS CARD and he lost several thousands dollars. So reader; We are not coming back, and i recomand everybody think of this, if youre there, use cash. THIS IS A BAD PLACE!!, .... in several ways, DONT GO THERE!!

A great spot if you’re looking to stay near the airport! The staff were so helpful. We got in late and they organised food and beers for us- the barman was kind enough to drive to his friend’s for tacos for us. AC gets super cold. Oh, and those tacos were dope.

Booked based on they allowed dogs. Yes they did allow dogs but pretty much the dogs had to stay in the room and were not allowed In the grounds. We checked in with our luggage and received no help getting our bags to the room. We were charged a $100 fee for a deposit on the dogs which we paid for. This was supposed to be refunded if everything was ok. We had them check the room out on departure and everything was good They never refunded the $100 and despite my best attempts I did not get the refund. Avoid this place at all costs. We will never go back.

The pool and facilities are really beautiful considering the location of the hotel. The service was really kind and helpful. Best thing was the large 2 room bathroom with a huge shower and great water pressure. Simple and tasty breakfast too!

The good: beautiful outdoor gardens poolside, outdoor eating, restaurant and bar (Jose the cook and server was wonderful), breakfast included, clean, front desk was very good. The bad: although they advertise as dog friendly, they really aren't. You have to sign a one page contract including that your dog can't pee on the grass (and therefore you can't take your pet onto their grounds), $250 pesos per pet per night fee, $2000 pesos pet deposit. There are also additional penalizing fees if your dog does pee on the grass. The room does not have a coffee maker or fridge or hairdryer. We were heading home after a 3 month stay and had many heavy luggage bags; no assistance getting the bags to the room upstairs For these reasons we will not return

This small unique boutique hotel is good for one night stay. The grounds are lovely, which includes a very nice pool. The sheets were clean, but had a funky, fowl odor which was overpowering. No blow dryer or iron and when I asked for a blow dryer at the front desk, they told me another room had it??????? The margarita was the worst one I’d had in the two weeks I was in Mexico. Staff was very nice, water pressure fantastic, wifi sketchy.

Incredible place! Beautiful with a lot of things to do around the hotel. A couple of things to note. There’s a game room and a very nice pool. Although online the hotel says there’s a hot tub, there’s no jacuzzi. For pets, you are allowed to bring them but there is a fee with rules for them being in the room. The workers are all extremely nice and the place is a nice getaway close to the airport.

This hidden gem is the perfect transition hotel due to its location close to the airport. The beautifully well manicured landscape and property equipped with pool, hammocks, games, restaurant and bar feels like a small oasis. The checkin process was smooth and brief. The rooms are simple but the shower had great pressure. The staff are friendly and attentive which makes for the boutique experience. The only reason I didn’t give 5-stars is because we had to ask for fresh sheets for our bed. It didn’t appear as though the bed had been changed. That being said the rest of the hotel is so clean, I chalked it up to an oversight.
