The worst service you could have for flooring installation. Definitely look for other alternatives. Informal, unpunctual and installation staff who have no idea what they are doing. On several occasions we had to wait up to 5 hours for them to deign to arrive. But that's not the worst. I tell you their modus operandi. The one who introduces himself as your main installer, named Jonathan, promises that he will personally see that everything is done right, in a timely manner. What is the reality? He gets other jobs in parallel, which is why he arrives very late, with those enormous delays already mentioned. But in addition, he ends up subcontracting to people who have no idea about installing floors to do the work that he should have done, while he attends to those other jobs. In my case, they installed vinyl flooring and I also hired a service to properly level the concrete surface and repair the lower part of the walls. The leveling of the floor had to be done twice, because the first time it was very bad. The second one, however, did not turn out quite well. Better not to talk about the wall. The floorboard was installed with the orientation reversed from what was requested. But definitely the worst of all were the zoclos. Jonathan, under the aforementioned scheme, sent a couple of guys who demonstrated in the broadest possible way that they knew absolutely nothing about the subject. To begin with, they installed the baseboard upside down (the part that should sit on the floor facing up). Unable to cut pieces at 45 degrees for the corners, they left them all chipped and "patched" with paste and silicone paste. Also unable to measure and plan the placement of the pieces, they left small "patches" of about 10-15 cm of skirting in the middle of several walls; sometimes with those patches placed the other way around than the rest of the baseboard on that same wall. Finally, as the skirting board was upside down, there was a kind of gutter on top, between the wall and the edge of the skirting board, which they filled with plenty of silicone placed in any way. Faced with my claims for this true and obvious disaster, after skimping as much as possible, they sent another person to make arrangements. This new independent setter at least if he knew what he was doing; for example, he brought his power saw to properly cut the corner pieces at 45 degrees. The problem with him is that they didn't send him enough extra baseboard for everything that needed to be fixed. After fixing everything he could with said material, Villa Pisos no longer wanted to do anything else. In the end it was a very uncomfortable situation. Finally, it caught my attention that several of the positive opinions expressed here about Villa Pisos have authors with the same names as some of the people who work there, such as Bryan and Jared. I'll leave them there at cost... Avoid anger and bad times, for floors look for any other supplier, who even being of medium quality would surely do a much better job.
