Great place, it's a house with rooms, the room is confortable, has a hot tub, pool, kitchen and has a great location

Close to the centre (3 minute walk) but far enough away to escape the busy night time scene, very friendly staff/owners, and a great pool and area for lounging around

Peaceful, clean, perfect. And Alessandro and his wife are best hosts

Verry nice B&B. Quiet place. In 2 minutes at the famous 5th Avenue. Big room, big bed, clean and the breakfast is prepared just for you. Pool outside. Verry nice owners, flexible and helpful.

Looking for somewhere amazing to stay in Playa del Carmen but can't decide where? This might help: If you want somewhere which feels like accommodation you'd pay $200 per night for; with loads of space, comfortable beds, great showers, kept spotlessly clean by two friendly managers who are always available if you need them, which has a kitchen containing everything you could ask for should you decide to make breakfast, lunch, or dinner yourself, a comfy lounge with Netflix, a huge landscaped garden and big shared pool (which is almost always empty), its own bbq, in a very safe and exclusive part of Playa (with its own private beach, world class golf course and incredible Mayan ruins you can actually walk around for free), 5 minutes walk from the main part of Playa, yet still very quiet at night, right next to 2 of the best restaurants (Lara&Luca and TX Gastro), where you can easily get a taxi from your doorstep... this is where you need to stay. My girlfriend and I have stayed in many different places around Playa and this is BY FAR our favourite. So much so, we booked for 4 nights and ended up staying 2 months. Save yourself time and stress and book a room in this villa before someone else does and you're stuck paying more money for somewhere lower quality while they're here enjoying the good life.
