★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super nice place, owners are incredibly nice and responsive. Good area too. A block from the taxi base so it’s really easy to get a taxi, and downtown is a short 15-20 minute walk away if you prefer that. Pool area is really nice. They have a Netflix account for you to use on the TV as well. Overall great place to stay! Very reasonably priced. Would absolutely stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Villa Rosita is a great place to spend a night or several months in Cozumel! There is everything you need nearby and the apartments are well equipped! You get to have a pool, shared with few other guests for a great price. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. Sussy and Roberto are amazing hosts and they go above and beyond to be helpful!
