We just returned from a week at this beautiful villa in Playa del Carmen Mexico and cannot say enough good about the place. It exceeded our expectations as a luxury rental. From the free transfers from Cancun airport, both 2 and from, 2 maids daily, pool cleaning, grounds keeper, concierge service, and free chef service on arrival ( we paid for the food that we ordered plus 20%). The house was tastefully decorated, air conditioned individually where we could set the room temperature, well stocked dishes and cooking facilities and plenty of seasonings plus fans in the bedrooms, dining area and outside. There was plenty of seating for our 10 folks. The rooms were perfect with no bunkbeds to deal with for adults. The washer and dryer were extra large. We could have used a extra large refrigerator but we shopped daily for food. You will need transportation. We rented 2 cars and it was perfect. The front of the villa faces the most beautiful part of the Hard Rock Golf Course on the 18th hole. You need a car to get to the club house. We rode our bikes to Starbucks. There is a OXO small mini store and small restaurants about a block away. We ate most of our meals at the home. We enjoyed the home so much that we didn't do a lot of running around. The home is on a dead end street with the Riu Lupita Hotel at the end of the block. We did have bus traffic to the hotel. There were plenty of beach towels (changed daily) and plenty of lounge chairs. The pool has 3 levels so you could actually put a lounger in the water and stay cool. Part of it was covered. There was always a place to stay in the shade if you wished. Even in August it was very comfortable outside. There are 2 dining table option both for 10, one inside and the other covered outside. There is a barbecue available both gas and brickets. When shopping for a villa this seemed to have it all plus the price was affordable compared to the others I searched. I would go back in a minute and as you can see, everything was perfect. We celebrated our 50th anniversary here and the party our kids gave us with chef service and mariachi band was a perfect setting for a small party.
