★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is Nicely located but the service both in the hotel and restaurant is terrible. 4 PM and you have to request them to clean your room. No toilet paper, dead cockroach on the room's floor etc etc. Nope....I don't recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant is highly rated and we tried to have dinner during Dia de Mortes 2018 however they were booked solid. The staff was very pleasant, the interior was gorgeous and I hope to visit again on my next visit to Morelia.

My room (I forgot the had 2 beds, a closet, heater and A/C (very important), a decent size restroom, and a small living room with sofa, coffee machine with the works and lamp. The personnel was polite and attentive. Room service was everyday and rooms felt clean each time. The restaurant food was DELICIOUS! We ate dinner our first night and I had the best enchiladas I've eaten. The breakfast buffet in the mornings had so many different dishes I wanted to eat everything but couldn't, it smelled and looked that good. Eating in that restaurant with that gorgeous view was an amazing experience! I can't wait to visit this place again.
The only thing I didn't like was the shower head in the shower.
